Description
As with most of Nike’s special-edition projects, the devil is in the detail with the ‘1837’. Stitched atop the tongue is a Tif wordmark tongue label in an old-school glamour typeface; threaded into a leather strip attached to the heel is an engraved silver Tiffany charm. You’ll also find a pebbled leather deubré (shoe tag) affixed to the black rope laces.
Then there’s the box: Tif blue, of course, crested with the Nike logo. Inside, a white Ti wordmark which echoes the tongue label is printed on the flip side of the lid that’s resplendent in a brilliant red, like the rest of the interior. Tiffany & Co. print ad-adorned tissue and three alternative laces (white, yellow and Tif blue) round off the unboxing experience.
