Profile swooshes and upper heel panels deviate from their drab surroundings in a cream hue that also animates the tongue label and mid-foot panel. What’s eye-catching about the Air Force 1‘s mid-foot construction, however, is that it exchanges smooth leather for a woven build that is likely meant to deliver increased breathability for the summer. “NIKE” text on the heel and swoosh logos on the sock-liner also boast non-standard arrangements, which could speak to a larger Nike Sportswear collection.
